Manchester route.

Markeyd

With regards to the 40% load factor quoted for the Flybe/manchester route, what a/c is being used, & is the depature/arrival sheduled at favourable times?
If the daily pax total is acceptable then it would indicate that a smaller a/c is required to make it a profitable route, if not then an adjustment to the sheduled times would surely be benificial, unless it's on a "W" sector & the results are what they are from BOH because of this.
I'm positive that an airline with half a dozen 80-90 seat capacity a/c could move into BOH to operate UK/Euro city routes & make an absolute killing, even if Ryanair return in the spring.
