),other items that don't get considered:Using 'flex'thrust,and minimum flap off rough/contaminated runways. Using flex and normal speeds with strong winds and miles of concrete. Not looking into turns after takeoff in Terminal(busy)areas(not all traffic is on the screen)..
Always hitting the binders-with acres of concrete to spare.
Not using all the runway for high temp landings....
