65 Before GWC
Everyday on the HON deps from Manchester we get ( from London 134.390) , 'climb FL310 to be level 65 before GWC'.
The wonderbus we fly isn't quite good enough to made the level without bringing the speed right back ( then takes an age to creep up from Green Dot whilst climbing to 350).
Who would we talk to in order to change this restriction ( 290 65 before would be fine).
