Now now.....Brassplate u need to chill. Seriously do the decisions that our managment make really bother u so much u spend hours up at night? Serious we had a window crack big deal!!! !!!! happens in aviation, to us and others!! My previous airline had much worse window crack and no one cried about it. As far as imcompetence goes ur right but chill, take ur pay check have a beer or if it bothers u that much apply to management or leave cause i guarantee u are not gonna change anything by complaining on PPRUNE
