Your right, Bristow has offered work to everyone..... base salary only.

So how do you manage to get that when the last notice issued by the company said?

Update 13th July 2010
23. In the letters issued to Pilots and Engineers what is meant by the statement "Basic salary will remain the same as a minimum" ?
This statement confirms that if an individual is offered an opportunity on a Bristow operation outside Nigeria his/her basic salary will not be reduced. The basic salary will go up if the salary levels in the area in question are higher but it will not go down if the salaries are lower. Allowances paid in addition to the basic salary will be those allowances applicable to the area of operation. Nigerian allowances will not be payable for anyone offered a position outside Nigeria.
24. What will be the methodology for calculating the Voluntary Redundancy package for those staff eligible for this option ?
The following formula will be utilised for calculating all Voluntary Redundancy packages:
First 5 years - 1 month full monthly pay for each completed year of continuous service up to 5 years.
5 - 10 years - 11/2 months' full monthly pay for each completed year of continuous service from over 5 years to 10 years.
Over 10 years - 2 months' full monthly pay for each completed year of continuous of service after 10 years.
Old man Bristow refuses to sign any agreement
This would be difficult as Old Man Bristow died on 26 April 2009! In 1985 after he had a falling-out with Lord Cayzer, Bristow was bought out by the Cayzers, and retired.
