When was the last time you opened your computer ?
Suggest might be worth getting hold of a can of compressed air (preferably the "safer" invertible variety) and blowing the cobwebs off your poor graphics card that's probably overheating.
Might not be the problem of course. But certainly worthwile doing the maintenance in any event.
