All other movements must call Farnborough Radar on 125.250 and be at a maximum altitude of 1500’ QNH until two way contact with Farnborough has been established.

A maximum altitude of 1500’ QNH might not be compliant with Rule 5(3)(d), the 'land clear rule'.
Is it legal for Farnborough to restrict the altitude within the Class G RA(T) as a condition of its permission?
