As Bournemouth operates with a CAA "Public Use" Aerodrome Licence, there is a small matter of Condition 1 of that licence, namely
"The aerodrome is licensed for public use and shall at all times when it is available for the take-off or landing of aircraft be so available to all persons on equal terms and conditions."
Consequently the offer of freebies would have to be extended to everyone.As BOH operates as a business (ie to make a profit) cannot see that happening.
