How about this:
Engine damage: Rough running, horrible noises, abnormally high temperatures, total seizure of stages, oil pissing out etc... If you are not sure go and have a look yourself.
SE ceiling: I'll guess you'll get a 1% net climb on most days to at least 9,000' because the Fokker 50 could do that.
Speed: How about 200kts. Nice round number.
Trim: Rudder first then aileron.
