Actually my question makes sense in order to determine if a supervisor is a career open competition ( no interview, just promoted on professional merits, or a supervisor becomes just a "big managerīs" decision).
Our profession must be respected by all stakeholders, and our experience ( not only managers interests and rewards) must be the starting point of operational daily basis.
All stakeholders should work together (considering different interests) to build a safe, efficient an flexible single sky.
