Funny you should mention that, Sycamore.

I can't spot the rudder pedals, either, but this aircraft definitely had a rudder and there must be some way to make it flap back and forth.

Edit: To avoid any confusion, this aircraft HAS a rudder, i.e. some are still airworthy, according to my search.
