New security area is now up and running all passengers now have to access security by new lifts, escalators and stairs adjacent check-in desk 1. A lot of work is still to be carried out on the remainder of the uplift to departures as many new shops etc are still under construction. Completion is expected by early September. The arrivals area which Jubilee complained of is due to be uplifted in the next phase.
