ARCO System ALITALIA
Hello there...first at all my apologies since i don't really know where to look for this information.
Anyways...i work for Alitalia/Air France on EZE (SAEZ)...Check-in, Embarking, Administrative Stuff, etc.
Every day after we close a EZE-FCO flight...we gotta take some statistics about Local/Exterior Tickets, Revenue/NonRevenue, C Class and Y Class, etc.
Sadly ARCO doesn't show up this kind of information easily at all (as far as i know).
So my procedure to take this info is quite simple but very frustrating, you gotta check every single passenger with RN command and count manually on a piece of paper. Every day is around 200 passengers or so.
Basically i'm looking for someone who has experience with ARCO DCS and knows how to make this procedure less tedious.
