They will also be required to give 10 post dated Cheques of Rs.10 lakhs each as security towards the cost of training, which will be enchased in case he/she does not complete a service of 5 years in Air-India Express
One thing that Air india express gives its pilots is JOB SECURITY compared to all the other airlines in india. They wont shut their doors as long as our good indian citizens keep paying taxes..

So 5 years commitment will be a walk in the park and once you have done your time with them, you are basically set for life.
