Likewise. I worked for these guys in 2003 in their IT division; the biggest bunch of cowboys ever to masquerade as an IT services company that I have ever ever met and that includes GEC-Marconi.
It has arguably got better since they outsourced most of the business critical stuff to India, but... for all their sins, you're probably still better off with either a cable provider or BT. Whichever one you go for the overall standard is pretty poor, but some are worse than others...
