The jobs and prosperity for the region that a base creates is very valuable. it does matter if they close it down. it will be terrible for the area. if they can get easyJet to come in and replace them then great.
Ryanair only just today launched their winter capacity from LBA so dont lose heart just yet. Lets wait and see what tomorrow brings.
