BOH road links are a whole lot better than BRS!
FR has a long history at the airport without a based aircraft. They will sustain routes that work. So what if there's no base? What matters is the route network. Whetehr operated by remotely based aircraft or not.
And be sure if FR take their eye off the ball, another carrier will take a look for sure.
FR is here to stay.
