Very well said.
I wish pilots understand it and act accordingly. It is just depressing to see this sudden burst in pilots rushing to get their type rating done! Nothing wrong, their time. money and what ever else that is involved. But, it's another way of giving in to the pressure created by these airlines!
But we should also remember, desperate needs call for desperate measures !
