Flybe - losing out to LCY
Flybe seem to be encouraging through traffic on the new BOH-MAN service, with all those drop down routes offered.
But not sure how it will sell, or be reputed. I have tried to use BOH for several recent sectors, but the dwell time at MAN makes the option a non-starter in most cases. A four hour scheduled wait is not unusual.
Come on Flybe, lets have a daily BOH-EDI, GLA & BFS, and better connecting times at MAN.
How's the MAN service settling in?
Us SLF types don't just use SOU as an alternative when no service is available from BOH! There a lot of us down on the coast, and we go wherever works and makes sense for the day and the route.
Btw LCY does the back up trick nicely, with a good link from Waterloo. Easier to get to, more reliable, and quicker to use that either LHR, LGW or BRS.
