I'd imagine that the new owners of LPL would only permit changes to agreements about movements, pax numbers etc. if it was to their advantage to do so.
I can't see that MAN would work any differently. It is the wrong aircraft, with the wrong frequency, at the wrong time of day (except perhaps at weekends). End of story!!
