Hi Sinco...it is, sort of! Reading the article about Mr Castagnetto I believe he just happens to be the owner, or possibly a builder but not the manufacturer. The aircraft is called a Swift but is manufactured by Aeriane.
Anyway I think you are close enough, its actually called the Aerianne P-Swift.
