Surely the Tornado GR4 fleet is the obvious one to cut first? Now that the rest of the RAF's fast jet inventory is down to three-and-a-half squadrons of Typhoon, two squadrons of Harrier, and one of Tonka F3, it's rather surprising, to say the least, that there are still no fewer than
