If i have been flying a different aircraft P1 for the past 6months am i able to hire a PA38 for the day again without needing an instructor or am i out of date now. The Tb10 is in for repairs
Your 100% legal, providing of course you were previously checked out on this aircraft, as to whether or not you wish to fly an aircraft which you are 'rusty' on without a few circuits with an instructor is your choice!
Edit: Not sure why you would want to jump back into a nasty PA38 - though i'm sure MJ will be along shortly to slap my wrist for stating such slander!
