And add to the Pilot, FA & Engineer numbers required for the forth coming A/C TC wants a 10% reduction in wages across the whole company, Managers Bonus's the exception.

That's pretty big news if indeed true considering the morale company wide. Can you shed some light on that statement? What is the reliability of your source?
