Here is something a little more mundane but equally useful:
Never pass up an opportunity to(1) Eat (2) Sleep (3) Visit the bathroom. You never know when the next time to do any or all of these will show up.
And, one more thing,the day you think you know all there is to know about this business is the day you need to turn in your wings.
