Definitely single pilot according EASA! Perhaps though it should also be the same rating as a Phenom 100 with a differences course bolted on. The cockpit is identical from what I can see. The performance and systems differences could be dealt with over 2-3 days at tops with a mix of classroom and sim time. It should be analogous to the straight C525/CJs and the new CJ4 which is I believe all covered under the C525 rating but with a differences course requirement.
