So if it's not backward, and is available and works then use it to remove what needs to be removed. Focusing on medical requirements and standards is not wrong per se, but the reason to do so seems only to try & remove expat pilots.
Sir!!Before actually bashing me for a snippet of my argument if you could please go through my posts on the topic, there wouldn't have been any need of you & me wasting spaces. I'm infact supporting Expats. Its the people who calling a writ wrong I'm against with. A writ is just the courts way to invite more info from the responsible bodies DGCA in this case. All my argument is a writ is gooooooood!! As this is democratic, nothing to do with aviation.
