I would have thought that it was self evident what long haul crew want from the A380.
By and large, nothing as evidenced by their refusal to go near it.
The disengagement that the vast majority of intentional crew feel towards it is a direct result of cc managements inability to engage in any management technique more sophisticated than divide and conquer.
They're masters at it but with regard to the rather important issue of engagement it's very much a pyrrhic victory.........
