I find your comments quite childish. There are many hundreds of crew that work within the Qantas group that would do anything to be in your position but the company has introduced QCCA, QD etc and will NEVER have that opprotunity. Does that mean whenever someone asks them about the 747,
A330 and A380 they just shrug their shoulders and go and cry like a little girl in the corner? NO they suck it up and promote a product that the company that pays their wages flys.

Their has been no shortage of information on the A380 over the past 4-5 years, clearly you dont read Cabin Crew News, look at the Cabin Crew Website, participate in Crew Voice, read Qantas News, the Friday Flyer, check out the Qantas Intranet page on the A380, look at the Qantas website, watch the television, youtube, facebook and the list goes on. To say the aircraft is not showcased to ALL crew is a lot of crap. Just because you havent had a personal walk around boo hoo join the line im sure their are plenty of tech crew out their that havent had the opportunity to check out the A380 either.

What more do you want the company to do, they have tried to make everyone in the company feel that the A380 is a new and exciting product development in our history and everyone played a part in bringing this aircraft into the fleet (3% EBA pay rise ring bell, thanks for your contribution) there were open days and inspections plus the Avalon Air Show if you wanted to go OH but you wouldnt have been aware of those because you dont read ANY company publication or public media website, I suppose you are going to say you never received the DVD that every employee received about the
A380 that was produced by Channel 7.

You cant change the past you can only contribute to your future and QCCA is here to stay it was voted in by long haul crew and Part 2 conditions for the A380 were there for you to vote on and the majority of long haul crew voted it up. Its a bit late now to start crying over it.

Embrace the future and join the A380 crew maybe you might feel more engaged, you seem to think you are "elite" and you believe A380 crew are "elite" therefore it should be a good fit for you.
