Flying with Viking to The Gambia

I'm flying from Gatwick to The Gambia on 23rd July on VIK151 returning on 6th August on VIK152. Can anyone out there help with the following:

1. What aircraft will it be?
2. Will there be any IFE?
3. What sort of food can we expect as it's a 6 hour flight?
