Anyone had this before? U flying along and enters cloud. The OAT suddenly increase ( prolly in CBs ? ) and the Opt Alt Changed. I'm not sure if the Max FL changed as well ( must have i think) .
Do we need to request descent now to below the MAx alt shown on the FMGC assuming you have no idea how long you gonna be in this area of higher than normal OAT?
If u stay at the level, do u lose any info on the MCDU? fuel figures, eta , etc?
Also, will the VLS increase ( assuming you in this for extended period of time)?
It didn't happen to me so i'm trying to find out the answers before i get into this situation.
