I have no doubt that thats what VPNC asked him. You would be surprised what those chaps in the office are asked by captains. Understand that they are a SERVICE function to you, to SUPPORT YOUR operation. Nothing else. There are some good guyes and a disaster guy. Just like on our side. You just have to learn to use them correctly... hows that for satire
