I had an open mind about QF senior management however they lost me when they created an "elite" division with the a380. I feel totally disengaged by the "us versus them" mentality that has been created with a seperate low cost flight attendant division .
Whenever a friend/customer asks me about this aircraft I simply shrug my shoulders and say "don't know anything about it -sorry". A better approach in my opinion would have been to showcase the aircraft to ALL crew. Have open days /inspections . Make us ALL feel a part of the new era , feel proud of the new advertising campaign etc.WE dont necessarily have to fly on the thing .Right now I am totally disengaged and have expressed this in the survey.
