EK is not hiring DECs NOW...will be sooner rather than later, in my opinion.
They have also been changing/lowering the minimums since they started hiring last year, so if you don't meet the mins later, just wait a bit...

PS-The OTHER thing I hate is when an job has published minimums, but then they go and hire pilots who are BELOW the mins!
