Anyhow my mate in Libya tells me that half of their pilots are over 60 years of age. "Must make rostering a bit of a problem" I said. "What roster?' he said.
How can rostering be a problem when you don't have any spare crew on site?
2 aircraft and 4 pilots (unless they've managed to find any more idiots or OAP's in the past couple of weeks) makes rostering a doddle.
