The very idea that
it would have all been kept in house and sorted
is what is leaving me a little bemused.
If true then surely it
is a reportable matter as required under the Act. Once the report is submitted to the ATSB, as required, it becomes a matter of public record.
Previous incidents would seem to give credence to the notion that "keeping it in house and sorted" is indeed the prevailing attitude.
