I hope that mag will give ryanair the best deals considering they can put 1 or 2m pax through the airport. i agree that ryanair are really the only visible saviour for bournemouth. easyjet has too big an operation at gatwick and bristol to expand bournemouth.
Does anyone think mag/bournemouth are being tough with ryanair in order to try and grow easyJet, baby and flybe instead? - who obviously pay more in fees? This would be a dangerous move because flybe & baby would probably only generate a handful of pax. What would the incentive be for flybe to stay at bournemouth if they didn't need to protect their southampton base anymore?
