Learn the 330 profiles as given, they work just great for the 320.....well, they did for me
. The assessors will be looking for good CRM/two crew work and a steady improvement of performance throughout the detail, and be ready to deal with a 'minor' in flight emergency, I got APU fire.
Other than take off, setting around 50% N1 works for just about everything. It will all be raw data.
