Nothing is wrong with min clean, but being asked to fly 190 everytime is frequently below min clean. Not a fuel problem flying around with one stage of flap but if in icing conditions for a long period it's not ideal with the leading edge slats.
I simply think it would make more sense for Thames' favourite speed to be approx 210kts. I think every aeroplane type frequently using City could manage that, even the little Fokkers; all be it only just.
