Scooby - it's a bit difficult to copy and paste due to format of presenting phraseology in 4444, I might insert a screenshot later. Anyway, phraseology according to ICAO is:

Climb to 5000 feet
Descend to 5000 feet
Climb to FL80
Descend to FL80
