Why do we pay tax on training costs?
Why has BALPA not sharpened its arrows on paying tax and rebuild a better NVQ system, rather than scrap it because of a few pilots that got a cheap PPL out of it? (Blue Book from the CAA = cheque from IRev...simple).
Why, during trainng, do we not get the same entitlements as someone on an NVQ in carpentry, while Trace on the estate gets 35k for her 8 kids (you will get the tax back if you help us FFS, and you will happily take 40% later on)?
Why are we the ones to risk everything that secures our homes and then have to keep our heads together on a dark and stormy night with the odd failure, while the SLF get their seat for a quid and play friggin' scratch cards?
Why are we now paying for an MCC even - it used to be part of the TR?
This is now the future - unless we change it back.....and that ain't gonna happen now...is it?
BALPA are useless and the Government are too busy dipping their blooded hands in the honey pot.
Tell me it is not just for the view as you drink your coffee - airline specific of course.
