Every pilot over the age 58 in Bristow is a contractor. There are around 15 or more in Nigeria, all are worried if they're still going to be employed in 3 months. Some may say, that they've had their chance, but they're about 10% of the numbers and most have 15,000 hours +. There are a whole lot of new guys out here or in training in USA. Can you replace all that experience with 200 hour pilots and keep a safe operation?
