MAM Pay

Hey,

Just wondering howthe MAM casual pay structure works. I can't figure it out.

The bits I get:

1. $34.11 an hour
2. 20 days a month
3. 12 hour shift per day (if on call)
4. But if you are only on call and don't get called in you only get paid for 1 in 4 of those 12 hours => 3 hours? Is that right??
5. No holidays etc

Is there anything I am missing????
