Noyade got it. The Tuuli III it is.
The Tuuli II was an entirely different design.
As to LM`s remark on the cowling. The Tuuli III was early in the test programme re-engine (and also received the large dorsal fairing) and maybe this has something to do with changes in the engine cowling lines.
