Just idling time during my lunch break; I'm pretty sure that Graeme has it, but you're correct that the engine looks different. I found a picture in Flight for December 27th 1957 that matches the 3-view including the prominent aerial cover under the fuselage. The caption said that it was the latest version Tuulu III, proposed for training and communications and that it had been fitted with a Continental O-470. I don't know If Greame's photo shows the II variant, but the same photo is marked as a III on a lot of other sites, however, Wikipedia has the II down for a Siemens-Halske SH-14 Radial.
Oh well, back to work!
