Tempting though it sounds (hate golf, love coffee
), I've had enough of the uncertainty of being here, the lack of information and the total lack of leadership from our management. Things used to be quite bad, and everyone here thought things would get better with a bunch new guys at the top, but they just got even worse and I don't think there's anybody who can make a decision any more.
I worked in the sandpit before and even though it wasn't enjoyable, I've had an offer to go back which I'm taking. It's gotta be better than Nigeria right now even though the money's less. I'd rather have less, but know it's coming in every month and I don't really like any of the alternatives available in Nigeria for the foreseeable future. I guess Fred will get a few good men out of this.
