GPS Input
GPS may only know Ground Speed, but isn't it true that some function of GS, Engine power and Pitch = Air Speed
f(Ground Speed, Thrust, Pitch)= Air Speed ?
GPS plus the other knowns could thus provide a pitot cross-check or alternative measure.
