If 30 people sit the FEAST test, and all 30 pass, then all of them will be invited to phase 2, and you would then be in the top 30...or would it be bottom 30?
What you need to remember in the selection process, is that you are not competing against everyone else like in a normal job application where there are only a finite number of positions available. You only have to show that you are suitable, and you will be accepted.
