do you want to know why the figures are so high on the last day of a wave of strike..??on eurofleet it 's because everybody who has gone on strike would have had a set of xxxx for the all five days...if everyday they 'd have rostered me something that figure would be lower.so they are only rostering people who haven't gone on strike. So to not reach 100% on the 5th day of a strike wave,when you should know by now who's in and who's not it is not so good as you 'd like it to be. LGW.am happy for them to just carry on,I understand it is not something they feel part of. WW same same..people who are getting used at the moment are the one who did chose not to strike,so it should be 100%..
