Typical frustrated plank driver, stuck at the pointy end with the door shut so no-one can catch him asleep while he's dreaming about flying helicopters but sadly knows he'll never be allowed to.
Does anyone know why the R44 went in in the first place, someone mentioned engine failure is that right?

I'm afraid that flying helicopters looks too challenging for me! Can't wait to get back on to the Boeing which has an autothrottle! Sit back and sip the coffee/read The Herald. All in the life of a pilot.... I mean bus driver.
Only thing I'd like about your job is not having to take my bloody shoes off everytime I turn up to work in the morning. Think the Russian bloke really loves a good wiff.

@Clydeport person
I can't recall exactly when I heard Police 51 the other day but I'm about 60% sure that I did! Morning, afternoon, late afternoon I can't remember. Was a busy sector day with a minor problem to deal with at Birmingham....!

Edit to say BUDGIE Loch Long connects to Firth of Clyde and is a "sea loch".
